RE: Survey services proposal for City Dog Park at Rum Village,
South Bend, IN;
Dear Mr. Bultinck:
November 8, 2017
Based on your e- nail, I have prepared this proposal for the costs of preparing a topographic
survey of the approximate 2.35-acre area within the Rum Village Park to be used for a proposed
City Dog Park. The survey work would include the following items:
1. Existing topography on 1' contours (within boundary area)
2. Spot elevations on a 50' grid and edge of pavement areas
3. Location of asphalt pathways
4. Location of existing buildings
5. Location of asphalt parking/pavement area (east side)
6. Existing fence line
7. Other permanent elements that may be on site (concrete slabs, poles, foundations,
etc.)
8. Existing trees WILL NOT be required.
Cost for Surveying Services ............ ............................................. ....... $ 2,850;
Any changes requested to submitted drawing by owners or review agencies would be done at
our standard hourly rates. We have included a copy of our standard terms and conditions as
well as our hourly rates, if additional work is requested to be done.
Our present schedule would be to have a crew on site to start the required work within 16-18
working days, with a drawing sent within 10 working days.
