SPECIAL MEETING
it February 23, 1955
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held at 1:15 P. M. C.S.T., in
the office of the Board, to take action in the matter of bids received for aerial
survey. I A. Hurwich was absent.
Mr. Robert L. Huff, Director of the City Planning Commission, being present, sub-
mitting to the Board evaluation of the proposals received. Based upon the evaluation
and the recommendation of Mr. Huff, contract was awarded to Clark Aerial Survey
Corporation, 45075 North Territorial Road, Plymouth, Michigan, in the sum of .$4253.05,
on the condition that Clark Aerial Survey Corporation posts a performance bond in the
amount of 100% of their bid, and upon the ratification of contract by the Common
Council of the City of South Bend. It was further stipulated that survey is to be
made using 12-inch f.l. camera. -
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned.

A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Monday, February 28, 1955,
at 10:00 A. M. Mr. I. A. Hurwich was absent. Minutes of the previous regular meeting
and also special meeting were read and approved. Claims of the following suppliers,
in the total amount of $11,089.67, were approved and ordered paid:
