SPECIAL MEETING
November 26, 1954
A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was held in the office of the Board
at 10:15 A. M. C.S.T., Friday, November 26, 1954, Members present were R. S. Andrysial�
and I. A. Hurwich.
The Board examined an itemized repair proposal, submitted by the Municipal Supply
Company, and it was the consensus of opinion that the proposal of a maximum cost of
$2410.85 per sweeper for repairing this equipment is in order. The Board, however,
directs Street Commissioner, H. M. Tomlinson, to assign his department►s chief mechanic
j to personally inspect the parts, as each sweeper is torn down, -in order to determine
I; which of the parts are to be retained for reinstallation and which are to be replaced
by new parts.
There being no further business for consideration, the Board, thereupon adjourned;
the time being 10:30 A. M.

A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Monday, November 29, 1954,
at 10:00 A. M. All members were present. Minutes of the previous meeting were read
and approved. Claims of the following suppliers, in the . total amount of $19,109.44,
were approved and ordered paid:
