SPECIAL MEETING
January 9, 1954
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held at 10:00 A. M., Saturday, .
:Jan-. 9, 1954 in the office of the Board, for= the purpose of considering and acting upon
certain recommendations offered by Mayor John A. Scott. All members were present. ; k

The recommendations of Mayor Scott were .as follows: j
1. Mr. F. R. Henrekin be appointed as the Board of �?
Works representative on the Planning Commission.
2. That Mr. Harry W. Lederer be appointed acting
Building Commissioner until the vacancy caused by
Mr. Moomawts resignation is filled.
3. Mr. Moomaw be retained as consultant in the Building
Department for the purpose of revising the building
code.

All three recommendations met with the unanimous approval of the Board and made
effective accordingly.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this meeting, the
meeting adjourned at 10:15 A. M.
