A special meeting of -the Board of Public'Works was held in the office of the L

In attendance at this meeting was Mr. Ralph Moorhouse, representing the engineeriA
firm of Consoer, Townsend & Associates. Mr. Robert Huff, Director of Planning, City Plan
Commission, and Attorney Russell C. Kuehl.
A study was made of the tentative location of the proposed Toll Road, as it might
affect the future location of the aeration and final settling tanks of the sewage dis-
posal plant. The Board determined that further contact will be made, supplementing the
contact made by the City Engineer, with the Toll Road designing engineers, to fully
acquaint these engineers with the disposal plant plans, in order that there will be no
infringement of the Toll Road upon the sewage disposal plant site.
The meeting adjourned at 10:45 A. M.

A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Monday, August 24, 1953,
at 10:00 A. M. Mr. R. S. Andrysiak was absent. Minutes of the previous meeting were
read and approved. Salary Claims in the amount of $26,685.81 were approved. Claims of
the following suppliers, in the amount of $8,139.17, were approved and ordered paid:
