Jefferson Blvd, South Bend, IN 46601 Reference: Century Center Brian, There has been conversation between Dave Schieber, our superintendent, Scott Herceg and Dan Jones regarding fracture on the north elevation on elevation "U" requiring the removal and installation of new brick. The area in questions is not indicated on the drawings. The area in question is 40 f2 which is covered under Unit Pricing #9. Therefore, we are requesting a change order as follows: Unit Pricing #9 --- Provide unit cost For additional work not indicated on the construction drawings for additional major (more than 1/8" wide) masonry cracking/replacement 40 f at S200 = $8,000.00 Please feel free to contact Scott or Dan regarding this issue.
