This Change Order to the Contract document shall supplement, amend, and shall become a
part of, and be incorporated as an Addendum to the Contract.

1) New CurbMalk/Path: New curbing and sidewalks will be installed around the site. An
asphalt path way will also be installed as part of the new building. This includes all removals of
existing materials.
2) Tapered Roof Insulation: Tapered roof insulation is needed to completely insulate the
sloped roof areas.
3) Temporary Basin: A temporary storm water basin needs to be installed to collect storm
water until the dedicated basin can be installed. The dedicated basin cannot be installed until
the demolition of the existing building is complete.
4) Storm Doors: Garage -style storm doors will be installed on the exterior wall of the second
floor balcony. This will reduce the risk of weather damage to mechanical and electrical system
beneath the balcony.
