SUBJECT: Award Bid - Sale of City -Owned Property at 616-618 Sherman Avenue
On April 25, 2017 the Board of Public Works opened bids for the sale of city -owned property
located at 616-618 Sherman Avenue. The abutting property owners Clinton & Shundra Gilkie
were the sole bidders for the property. Since opening bids, the City has completed quiet title
work and is now prepared to sell the property with a clear title.
DCi requests the Board of Public Works award the winning bid to Clinton & Shundra Gilkie in
for the amount of $2,191.
