and forgoing dedication of land for public street to be their voluntary act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein contained.

Contractorts Bond in the sum of $1,000.00 of the Singer Manufacturing Company,
was examined and approved.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned
at 11:30 A. It.

• The Board met At -the regular time. All members were present. Due to matters of
exceeding importance, demanding the presence of Messrs. Ziegler and Andrysiak, on
motion made by Mr. Ziegler and duly sustained, the meeting was ordered deferred until
10:00 A. M. Wednesday, December 10, 1952 and all matters to come before the Board at
this meeting are to be acted upon in the deferred meeting.
The meeting was, thereupon, adjourned.
