A 1 p,iW meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety was held Wednesday,
, at 7:3P. M. in accordance with legal notice for the purpose of
public hearings on the following Improvement Resolutions pertaining to Sewer constructi

I No. 2688 - (CRU IS�T�'�` NU4 from the center line of Lincolnway West to the
center line of lot 8 in Lincoln Manor 2nd Addition.
No. 2704 - NORTH ELDER STREET from 625 feet South of center line of Marquette
Boulevard to 460 feet North of center line of Marquette Boulevard.
No. 2706 - WALL STREET from the center line of Twyckenham Drive to 220 feet
! West of the West line of Greenlawn Avenue.

No. 2707 - GERTRUDE STREET from the center line of Ewing Avenue to 1276 feet
South of the center line of Ewing Avenue.
Board member, Granville P. Ziegler was absent.
The meeting was called to order by the president of the Board, R. S. Andrysiak,,
who addressed the assembled interested property owners, giving a general outline of
Barret Law procedure, and presented blue -prints for their examination.
No remonstrances being voiced at the meeting, the persons present were informed
that a ten day waiting period will ensue, terminating at midnight March 22, 1952,
during which time remonstrances, if any, must be filed with the Board.
There being no other businessto come before the Board at this meeting, the
meeting was adjourned at 8:15 P.M.

A regular meeting of the Board of Public works was held Monday, March 17, 1952
at 10:00 A. M. All members were present. Minutes of the previous meeting and the
Special Meeting were read and approved. Salary claims in the amount of $20,755.74
Were approved and ordered paid. Claims of the following suppliers, in the total
amount of $79006.38, were approved and ordered paid:
