Attention: Freda Noble, Clerk of the Boards i
i
Dear Madam:
In answer to your letter of October 30th in regard to the dust condition from our coal
yard, we have started to build,a fence as agreed, we have also tried to keep the driveway
wet down during the dry weather to eiminate',_dust,_>:gLnd are preparing to oil them as soon
as we can obtain oil, which should take care of a lot of excess dust.
I have quit using the conveyors for stacking in the back of the yard that seemed to irri-
tate the neighbors as much as anything else. I feel sure that you wo ntt have any additio
nal complaints from now on or if you should they won't be justified.
Thank you for your courteous treatment and tact of handling this situation.
i
Yours truly,
Dan Webster Coal Co., Inc.
