accordance with Improvement Resolution No. 2600, 1950 passed by this Board on February
120, 1950 and confirmby this Board on .April 3, 1950. We hereby report that we have
examined the several Bids submitted to the Board on April 241 1050 and find that the Reed
Construction Company, I`ishati•,raka, Indiana ha.s the lowest and best bid for Class "C" Type l
Cement Concrete Paver_�ent that the Rieth-I�ile,r Construction Company, South Lend, Indiana,
has the lowest and best bid for Class "C" Type 1 Asphalt Base, Binder & Surface Pavement,
ve recommend that the kind of Pavement placed on the above Street be Class "C" Type l
Cement Concrete.
