Railroad Crossing at West Indiana. }venue. `_t'he report concerned the long periods of time
flasher signales are in operation at the above mentioned crossing when no train or switch
engine is in evidence.
A letter was drafted to the Pennsylvania Railroad Company etheroin the above matter
s directed to their attention and an investigation and written report was requested.
