The Board granted permission to erect two permanent type canopies on buildings con
structed by Elvin Bar_fii at 2115 Miami Street. The canopies will extend three feet and
three inches from the buildins:r and will be ten feet above the sidwalk level.

to the west line of Michigan Street, said alley pavement to be included with the alley
pavement now to be constructed under improvement Resolution No. 2604-1950, passed by this
• Board on February 209 �950 and confirmed by this Board on March 27, 1/ and

Indiana, that tzie Profiles, Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specifications' and Estimate
approved by this Board on the 20th day of February 1950, for the improvement of THIRTY-
SIXTH STREET from the north line of Mfishawa,ha Avenue to the south line of the Grand Trunki
Railway right-of-way by constructing a. Class "C" Pavement, Types 1, 2, 3 and 4.

.April 24, 1950, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock Av'l-CST is hereb's fixed as the time, and the
office of the Board of Public Works and Safet�s in the City Tail of this City, as the place,
when and where the Board of Public Works and Safety- will open and consider bids for the
above named improvements, provided all bids for the construction of said wort., shall be
filed in the office of the Clerk of this Board before 11:00 o'clock AM -CST of said day.
Each bidder for said worn shall enclose with his F^id a certified check, payable to the
Treasurer of this City in the sum of two and one-half (2-z) per cent of the amount of his
bid, or a bid bond for two and one-�1aalf (2-2) per cent of the amount of his bid to insur
the execution of this contract, if said work is awarded to him. , j •
The clerk of this Board is hereby ordered, to give notice by two (2) weekly publications
of the time and place, when and where bids will be received, opened and considered for
the construction of said work. Said Cler'_•= shall state in said notices, that each bidder
shall enclose with his bid a certified check or bid bond for above named amount to insur
the execution of this contract.

signa.te by preliminary order -the kind of pavement to be used, for the following described,;
Street Improvement, as provided for in Improverent Resolution No. 2600-1950, duly passed ,
by said Board on February 20, 1950, and confirmed on April 3, 1950, to wit: THIRTY-tSIXTH;
STREET from the north line of Mishawaka Avenue to the south line of the Grand Trunk <ight,
of-wa.y by constructing a. Class "C" Paverrlent, Types 1, 21 3 and 4. ;!
Provided, all bids for the construction of said work, shall be filed in the office
of the Clerk of the Board of Public Works and Safety of said City before 11:00 o'clock ,A
