The bids of Thomas L. Kickey, Inc., and the Miller Steel & Supply Company was
accepted by the Board, their bids being, in the Board's opinion, the best bids received,
and they were accepted subject to the approval'of the Common Council.
PARKING METER DEPAR.TIENT: Mr. Maurice C. Vennet, Auditor, present his report for the
week ending December 10, 1949.
CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Mr. Stanley Leczyznski, Sexton, was present and matters pertainink
to his Department were discussed.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
at 10:00 A. M.

I A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Monday, December 5th,
1949 at 2:30 P. M. Mr. Baer was absent. This meeting was called for the purpose of
awarding contracts for street department equipment. The following bids were accepted
