Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvement has been completed.
The general character of the Improvement, the street, alley or public place on which
it has, been made-, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: TWENTY-FOURTH STREET
from the north line of N_ishawaka Avenue to the south property line Lots rtCtt and "D" of
Hastings Woodl,y*a.rd and Gray's Addition by draining, grading and paving the roadway with
a, Class t C" Type One (1) Pavement.
There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment
roll with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed
with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said
City Controller.
The Board of Public TTorks and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in
said City, will on the 15th day of August, 1949, a.t 10:00 o'clock A. T.T. C. S'. T. re-
ceive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property res-
pectively, on said roll, and will determine the question as to whether such lots, or
tracts of land, have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts
named on said roll, or is greater or less than that named on slid roll or in any sum.
At which place and time all o4.-ners ofsuch realest -ate may attend in person or by repre-
sentative and be heard.
