The Clergy: of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstra-
tors having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed �,Tith the Clerk, it
was roved, seconded and unanimously carried t''lat the said resolution be finally adopted

and the said alleys be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an !
assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to -the

surrounding properties.
