Andrysiak, City Engineer, filed primary assessment roll showing the awards of damages and the assessments of benefits in the matter,of the vacation of Vic- • toria, Street from T1i,'yckcnh@,m Drive to York Road, under vacation resolution No. 2583. In the above named Assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that°it will rflect in the City Hall at 11:00 A.M. on the 17th day of January, 1949, for the purpose of hearing and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vacationg and the Board further orders thatnotice of said hearing; together with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners by publishing same on the 31st day of December, 194-8 and the 7 day of January, 1949 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the Weekly Mirror. STREET DEPARTMENT: Mr. Melton 0. Brannan, Street Commissioner, was present and matters • pertaining to his department were discussed. Mr. Brannan filed his report for the month of December, 1048. Certificates of Insurance were filed by Edward J. "Wlait-c and the South Side- Electric Company, Contractors for the Street Department buildings.
