A petition was received. signed by nineteen petitioners asking for the improvement
of Howard Street from Notre Dame Avenue. to Eddy Street by paving. This was referred to

The Board approved plans submitted by the Croirn Development Company for their Ttryck-
enha.m Hills Addition for paving Altgeld Street, Paving York Road.,_ Grading and paving
