The meeting ,,;as called for the purpose of holding public hearings on improvement resolutions. IiIPROVE 2ENT RESOLUTION NO. 2567, 1948 South Bend, Indiana September 3, 1948 For the improvement of 0_'_Bri en Street under improvement Resolution No. 2567, 1948, adopted August 9, 1948 from forth line of Waxhington Street to North property line of Lots 11 & 13 in dheeler's Subdivision by draining, grading and paving the roadway with a Class C Pavement types 1 to 5 inclusive. After hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised in the premise the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said im- provement are equal to the estimated cost of the sa.rme as reported by the "ity Civil Engineer. Therefore Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public Forks and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana that Improvement Resolution No. 2567, 1948 duly passed by this Board on August 9, 1QU for the above improvement, be and the same is hereby in all things con- firmed with the following modification: to include the alley intersection northerly end of the street as above described, and the improvement is hereby ordered to be made.
