The alley West of Ironw•rood Drive from Ewing Avenue to the alley South.
The following property Pay be injuriously or benefically effected by such. vacation:
Lots nurilbered 1 to 30 inclusive in Hillside Addition.
Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 27th day of August and on the
3rd day of September, 1948 in the Sout Bend Daily Tribune and the Weekly Mlirror.
This Doard, at its office in the City 1-all on the 13th day of September, 1/48 at
11_; 00 A.M, will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affee
by these proceedings.

This being the date set, hearing was 'lad on thr resolution heretofore adopted
by the Board of Public Works for the vacation of the alley I-;orth of Prairie Avenue from
Jackson Street East and TIorth to the North line of Lot :-22 Plat of ItJalnut 4th Addition
under Vacation_ Resolution No 2576. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient woof
of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having
been filed with the Clerk, it- wras roved, seconded a: id unanimously carried that the said
resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated. The Engineering Department
is directed to prepare an assess-ment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the
award of damages to the surrounding properties.
Comes now, Chester A. Perkins, President of Citizens ores Co.--�pany and files the
following waiver:
