Specifications #S.L. 201 • for the Colpaert Realty Corporation. i; Vacation Resolution i'?o. 2576 • This being the date set, hearing was 'lad on thr resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Works for the vacation of the alley I-;orth of Prairie Avenue from Jackson Street East and TIorth to the North line of Lot :-22 Plat of ItJalnut 4th Addition under Vacation_ Resolution No 2576. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient woof of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it- wras roved, seconded a: id unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assess-ment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties. Comes now, Chester A.
