A letter was received frori the Studebaier Corporation in which they indicated that
they would make an investigation of the comolaint of a smoke nuisance in which their
plant was involved.
A petition was received asi>ing for the vacation of lHill Street from the North line
of Napoleon Street to the South line of Peashway Street and from' the North line of
Peashway Street to the South line of Angela Avenue. This was referred to the City Plan
Cor.mission for investigation and report.
A petition was received asking for the vacation of the alley fronting on Niles
Avenue, running East and Hest and situated, bet:�reen Lot no. 77 Sa.uel Cottrell's First
Addition to the town of Lowell, and Lot no. Lac' as sno�•rn on the recorded plat of the
Original Town of Lowell. This Was referred to the City Plan Cor_Lmissi on for i nvestigati
and report.

is desirable to, vacate the f ollos:ring :
The alley West of Ironwood Drive from Ewing Avenue to the alley South.
The following property may be injuriously or benefically effected by such vacation:
Lots numbered 1 to 30 inclusive in Hillside Addition.
Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 27th day of August and on the
3rd day of September, 191;8 in the Sout-. Bend Daily Tribune and the Weekly Mirror.
