Branna*, Street Commissioner, was present and matters pertaining to his department were discussed. Mr. John Pinkowski,,a street department employee, came before the Board to inform it . them of a physical condition resolutiog from an old injury sustained while working in the Street Department. Keller, Peter Ligos , Lloyd Donovan and 1,1illiam Wilson. An Excavation bond was approved and ordered filed for Rieth-Riley Construction Co. The .Indiana Bell Telephone Cozr..pany submitted two sets of prints #14 to 17 incl, ve showing the proposed undergruujad conduit on Lincoln Way West between Cushing Street and Blaine Avenue. The Board, upon the recoml..endationczC' the City Engineer and the Electri- • Kcal Superintendent, approved the prints. The Board approved plans for a local sewer on Altgeld Street, and also the plan of �Ithe established grade on Altgeld Street for the Crown Development Company in the Tti••ryck- I,enham Hills Development, I The Board approved the plans for a fence to be constructed at the race at the foot !i of East Washington Streets for the Indiana and I1iichigan Electric Company, project j -0-19-2481.
