384 I; Vacation Resolution No. 2565 II This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by II the Board of Public Works for the vacation pf the second alley West of Main Street from 11Woodisde Street to the South line of the alley North of Woodside Street and the alley ;.IlNorth of Woodside Street from the ?,lest line of the first alley West of Main Street to � ithe,Pennsylvania. Railroad right of way under Vacation Resolution,No. 2565. The Clerk of he lBoard having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and,no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moved seconded and, liun.animously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said alleys be li . vacated. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the � Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally, • adopted and the said alley be vacated. Branna*, Street Commissioner, was present and matters pertaining to his department were discussed. Mr. John Pinkowski,,a street department employee, came before the Board to inform it . them of a physical condition resolutiog from an old injury sustained while working in the Street Department. No action was taken. A letter was presented, from Mr. Brannan,, informing the Board of an injury to a Street Department employee. one hay Kirkendall on June 30, 1948.
