This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 6th day of July, 1948, at 11:00 A.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings. Andrysiak BOARD OF PUBLIC .WORKS VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2566 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BLAND, INDIANA: That it is desirable to vacate the following: - Alley North of Elwood Avenue from Elmer Street, West to the East line of the alley West of Elmer Street. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: Lots numbered 1 to 6 inclusive, Lots numbered 65 to 76 inclusive and lots numbered 105 to 116 inclusive in Huey Heights Addition. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 18th day of June and on the 25th day of June, 1948 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the Weekly Mirror. The Board approved plans for local sewers on Revere Place, Kentucky Street and (Dunham Street, all in Belleville 2nd Addition, for the Colpaert Realty Corporation. i 'STREET DEPARTMENT: Father Depa of St, Adalbert's Church came before the Board to ask ,permission to close Phillipa Streer just off of Western Avenue, and.also the north and • �south and east and west alleys, for the purpose of holding a festival during the week of July 7 to 13, Permission was granted on condition that all barricades and obstruction' 'will be removed each evening when the festival is closed to allow access to the area, CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Mr. Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertaining' jto his department were discussed.
