TRAFFIC DEPARTMEIIT: Mr. Ernest Miller, Tra.f fic , E`ngineer, was present and clatters per-
taining to his department were discussed.
TAXI -CABS: Mr. Orville Fansler was present to,gave testimony as to why his taxi -cab
license should not be -revoked, but he informed the .Board. that Harold Morgan was ill
and unable to appear, so the Board directed that a letter be sent to Mr. Yorgan continu-
ang the hearing until May 17, 1948 at 11:30, Mr. Lowell Balsley was also heard, but no
action was taken until Mr. 1-'organ is present to give testirony.
TRAFFIC DEPART1,I]NT: Mr. I: iller was granted permission to attend a meeting at Purdue
University at lest LaFayette, Indiana on May 13, 1948.
ENGIh`RING DEPARTI _L T: Contractor's bonds were approved and ordered filed for Alex

Lots on Lincoln Way West in Lincoln Plaza Addition between ,Sheridan Avenue and Illinois
