Mr. Brannan suggested to the Board that the down town area be restricted as to
parking at night so that the streets could be swept. The Board asked that he make up
a program of the streets that were to be swept each night and suggested that he sweep
different sides of the streets,on alternate nights so the cars could be parked accordingly.

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: Excavation bonds were approved and ordered filed for Abe N.
Medow d. b. a Ileciow Plumbing and T-,eating Conpany.
Contractor's bonds were approved and ordered filed for Sherman E. Metzger and
Gerald C. Grosvenor.
Mr. Hamm came before the Board to inform them that he had decided not to try to
move the house he had contemplated moving.
STREET DE7ART1<2ET•ZT: Mr. T•11elton 0. Brannan, Street Commissioner, was present and matters
pertaining to his department were discussed.
CEMETERY DEPARTMEH T: Mr. Stanley Lezczynski , Sexton, was present and matters pertaining
to his department were discussed.
Three letter bids were received for repairing the fence at the City Cemetery and
the Board accepted the bid of the Edwards iron works for the job.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
at 10 : 00 A. TT.
