Vacation resolution No. 2558 This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public dorks for the vacation of the first alley North of Lincoln `1al;lest from Brookfield Street Nast to the Nest side of the alley '.`pest of College Street under :,vacation resolution No. 2558. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no re.nonstrators having a??peared and no written remonstrances havin; been filed .ith the Cler��, it was moved, seconded and unani- mously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated.
