The conditions upon the use of the present parking facilities at the present
bus depot have been continued until October 16, 1947 at which time the bus companies
will report the progress made on arrangements for a permanent terminal and progress
made an arrangements for a temporary off street terminal for loading and unloading
,passengers. Present at the meeting were Paul Butler, Attorney representing the
bus companies, lVr. Furrey and lrir. Dunnock.
ENGINE.ERIIaG DEPARTli'ENT: Contractor's bondsin the amount of ` 1,000.00 each were
approved and ordered filed for Paul L. Pocza, T. 'J. l<liller and John C. Von Bergen.
Excavation bonds were approved and ordered filed for Ferdinand Steinbrunner,
and The Goheen Plumbing and IIeating Company.
Request for a permit for the remodeling of the Tribune Building at the corner
of Larayette Boulevard and Colfax Avenue was granted by the Board. It was understood
that the new construction would extend out into city property less than the present
structure. Also a permit to occupy a part of LaFayette Boulevard and sidewalk for a
temporary building for use as a loading platform for their paper from October 1, 1947
to January 1, 1948,

pertaining to his department were discussed.
CEMETERY DEPART14ENT: i:ir. Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, .,as present and matters per-
taining to his department were discussed.
