The Board, therefore, decides to Fake final action on said asses ment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed, and the alley vacated upon receipt of the amount of benefit assessments from the various ;property owners so benefitfed and all proceedings had with reference to said alley vacation are hereby sustained.
