Butler and Leo Rieder -representing property owners and businessmen in the vicinity of East Washington Street came before the �oard to. remonstrate agains the building of a ready mixed concrete plant on East-Iflashington Street and Hiles Avenue. They also remonstrated against the granting of a permit to construct an `overhead conveyor over East 7 ashington Street from one part of the plant to another. • Vacation Resolution No. 2554 This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll showing the r ( award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of Vacation the alley South of Ewing Avenue from I.,Iichigan Street vilest to the first alley West of Michigan Street- under Vacation Resolution No. 2554.
