All members were present. I;Iinutes Of the last meet ing yier,e read and approved. There were no claims of suppliers to be approved. BUS ROUTES: A letter was received from. the Northern Indiana Transit Company petition- ing oo d scontinue the Belleville Gardens Route effective January 10, 1947 and in lieu thereof to operate two trips AI,I and two trips PTr daily except Sundays and Hoolidays` for a period of 90 days on a trial basis. The AT trips' to leave Belleville Gardens 7:00 8:00 AI• respectively, and the PI.;I trips to leave the Cour t Izouse at 5:15 and 5:50 PIT respectively . This matter was ref erred to the City Engineer and the Traffic Engineer for discussion Tith a decision to be made at, a later meeting. Balka informed the Board that'he was in need of various supplies and the Clerk of the Board was directed to advertise for bids for said supplies to be return- able On January 27, 1947.
