BUS ROUTES: A letter was received from the Northern Indiana Transit Corlpany w1nich
�; states za the Angela Bus route which was started on.Yovember 20, 1946 has not
developed sufficient traffic to justify its operation and therefore they petition
to extend the Angela bus line' from it's terminus, p;Tarquette and Angela Boulevard

i the above petition on a 90 day trial run.
GARBAGE, DISPOSAL; The Board approved the assignnent of the garbage contract yield

ed hereto and made a part 'hereof.

A letter was received from the City Plan Commission in which they indicate
they do not approve the closing of the second alley East of Eddy Street between
l Belmont Avenue and Bronson Street because such vacation ,could leave too long a
I� block without cross corraunications. The Board directed the Clerk to so notify
