The Board adopted an agreement between the Chicago, South Shore and South Bend
I'!Railroad and the City of South vend for the rental of the former street department
I property at a rental fee of ,r400.00 per year.
The Board granter permission for the closing of Ford Street from '0,.1arren :street
�Ito Carlisle Street on the night of October 31, 1946 between the hours of M;00 and
�i 10:30 'P.MI. for the purpose of holding a Halloween -party.

11r. Andrew Toth presented the blue prints of the new Street Department build-
11ing for the Board's consideration.
