A special meeting of the Board of Public 'Jor1_s ,.vas held on _. onday, September 16,
1946 at 7:30 P.T:L. All -nembers ?present.
The'meeting vras called for t-he purpose of discussing the sevrage disposal treatment
plant. after a full discussion the Board adopted the recor.an- endation of the Com on
Council of South Bend and directed Consoer, ^o::nsend and Associated to begin i=,lediate
preparation of plans and specifications for the sera ;e treat_ent plant on the Pinhook
site.
There' being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourne
at 9 :30 Pe Ti I.
