Ii'ioore and Son of Elkhart, Indiana, their bid being, in the eoardrs opinion, the lowest and best bid submitted. VACATION.. RESOLUTION NO. 2550 This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public ?;forks for the vacation of the alley north of Vassar Avenue between `Jilber and College Streets, excepting the North and South cross alleys under Vacation Resolution No. 2550. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no reronstrators having appeared and no written rerlionstrm ces hav been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said alleys be vacated. The .Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessr~ient -roll covering the assessments of benefits and the awards of da_na ges to the surrounding properties.
