station at the intersection of Elder and-`lchzvan Streets. A, copy of the plan was
filed with the Board and a copy with the City ;,'ngire er. These plans were a1�proved in
accordance 1rdith plane approved by the State Coz.amission.
A petition was received asking for the vacation of the second alley ':'Test of Grant
Street from Sample Street to the South line of the Chica o and I3out1-ern Railroad, and
the alley 'North of Sample Street from the 3ast line of the second alley '.lest of Grant
Street to a point 14 Feet `:lest of the Fast line o f Lot No. 19, Corsuchl s 3rd ?addition
to the City of South Bend, Indiana. This was referred to the City ?lan C'oL;uzission for
investigation and retort.
