ETIGITIEERING A driveway to the Studebaker Parking Lot at tT-�e Southwest cornea
of Garst Street mid Prairie Avenue as been approved in conformance with the State High -
.,,,ray Cormnission approval.
The Board a-7roved the construction of a 20 foot drive ray to t_Le Studebaker Build-
ing '70 in the 200 bloc' of ':.rest South Street.
A •Contractort s bond was a,r)roved and ordered filed for the �astb-rook Cor?oora--ion.
The Board approved the plans for the construction of an undergrourid conduit
underground cable and aerial cable construction on Lincoln '.,ray :,lest from Olive Street
and associated territory to Bendix Drive for the Indiana 13ell Telephone Company.

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public '..Torks of the City of South 'send, Ind' ��:.
iana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public i
improvement:

Improvement Resolution 'No. 2548: The paving of Hanilton Street from the west line
of Portage Avenue to the "1`41est line of Brookfield Street.
All work done in the making of said described public improvement shall be in accor
ante with the terms and conditions of the ir_prove =t resolutions as nu bered, adopted
by the Doard of Public '>a'orks, and the detailed drawings, plans, profiles and specifi-
cations -Tlaich are on file and may be seen in the office of the Board.
Tne Board of Public 11orks has fixed the 15th day of July, 1946, as a date upon
T,, ich remonstrances may be filed or heard, by persons interested in or.affected by said
described public improvement, and on said day, at 11•00 A.I.I. the said Board of Public
'.,forks will meet at its office in the City I..all for the purpose of hearing an .d cor_sid-
eri.ng any remonstrances whic' clay have been filed, or which may be presented, and will
hear all persons interested, or �,rhose property is affected by said proposed improvement I
and will decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the property abutting and adja-

Notice of the time and place of said public hearing will be published and mail-
ed in the manner provided by law. Notice of this resolution shall be published on
the 28th day of June and on the 5th day of July, 1946 in the South Bend Daily Tri-
bune and the . eekly PIirror.
. The Board now adopts and places on file general details, drawings, and general,
specifications for the work as described in the above primary resolution No. 2548.
• Also in connection with the adoption by the Board of the above resolution, the City
Engineer now files with the said Board an estimation of the maximum cost of the most
expensive sewer designated by the Board,
