Newberg Con- struction Company. The Board recommended that the City Engineer's office grant a permit to the Gust V. Kewberg Construction Company for the installation of a sever and conduit across Sample Street at the Studebaker Fovier House. Vacation Resolution I71o. 2545 This being the date set, hearing was held on the Assessment roll shouting the award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of the vacation of the alley ;mouth of ITisha=,raka Avenue from Louise Street to the Grand Truck `_estern Rail- f road, under vacation resolution Nio. 2545. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators a -geared and no written remonstrances ,sere filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices and same were found sufficient, and t'Ze Board, therefore, finds that the sev- eral lots and parcels of land Nave been benefitted and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, con.fir-r.-led and a_,roved ,-iithout mods- I • fication and the proceedings closed, and the alley vacated upon receipt of the amount of benefit assessments from the various nroperty owners so benefi teed and all. proceed-j ings had with reference to said alley vacation are hereby sustained.
