Condemnation Resolution No. 2547 This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll shot'°rin~ the award of da.lages and the assessment of benefit's in the- matter of t_-)e conde_mation of sufficien lots and lands for the opening and widening of 'iilber Street to a width of 60 feet from the center line o-f' I;lv°rood Avenue to the center line of Feller Street under condemnation resoltit.ion No. 2547. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrances appeared and no written re- i; monstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of pu'olication of notices'; and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefitted and da:iaged in the amounts shown on said roll.
