Inc., and the Indiana Bell Telephone Company.
A letter was received from the City Plan Commission in which they indicate they
do not recommend the vacation of the alley North of Vassar Avenue from ".rilber Street
to College Street. The Board, therefore, did not approve the vacation and the Clerk
II of the Board Iias directed to write to the petitioners infor.line them of this decision
The Board approved the established grade of the alley '.`test of Adarls :Street
from the alley North of Elwood Avenue to Teller Street.

Condemnation Resolution i,1o. 2547
This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll shot'°rin the award
of da:iages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of the condemmation of sufficient
lots and lands for the opening and widenin of 'Jilber Street to a width of 60 feet from
the center line of I;lerood. Avenue to the center line of _Teller Street under condemnation
resolution No. 2547.
In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrances appeared and no written re-
monstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices
and same were found sufficient, and the Board, theref ore, finds that the several lots
and parcels of land have been benefitted and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll.
Ther Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declares
same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the pro-
ceedings closed, and the lots and lands vacated, upon -receipt of the amount of benefit
assessments from the various propert;T o-CMers so benefi tied and all proceedings had with
reference to said lots and lands cor_demn.ad are hereby sustained.
