Sample Street.

In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will sleet in

receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said condemnation,

Inc., and the Indiana Pell Telephone Company.
A letter was received from the City Plan Commission in which they indicate they
do not recortLmend the vacation_ of the alley North of Vassar Avenue from ",'lilber Street
j to College Street. The Board, therefore, did not approve the vacation and the Clerk
; of the Board was directed to write to the petitioners inforrainC them of this decision

Street for serving three lots 1644 to 1710. Said sewer to be constructed between
the curb and side walk as the strut is already, paved.
