Condemnation Resolution JITo. 2547 This being the date set, hearing ;as had on the Resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public ;'forks for the condemnation of sufficient lots and lands for the opening and widening of "'ilber Street to a width cf 60 feet From the center line of 'El- wood Avenue to the center "line of Heller Street under Condemnation_ Resolution Nvo. 2547. The Clerk of the Board havin shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrator having appeared and no Smitten remonstrances having been f i led with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said lots and lands be vacated. The s'ngir_eering Dey art: -Zent is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the awards of danr!a-;es to the surrounding properties. Vacation Resolution No. 2545 This being the date set, hearing was had on the Resolution heretofore adopted by I the Board of Public ;4orks for the vacation of the alley 3oath of i:llishay.raka Avenue from Louise Street to the Grand Trunk '..';estern Railroad under vacation resola�tion No. 2545. The engineering Departiment is directed to prepare an assessment j roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of da_aj es to the surrounding properties. SE_-`1ER DEPARIEME ZT: The Board certified to the City Controller that services had been p formed by Consje­r, Tomsend and Associates on preliminary engineering work on a sewage treatment plant, to the value of ?15,000.00, and requested that payment of that amount be -lade forthwith.
