The Board approved the plans for a 15,000 gallon storage TO BE stored in 5 tanks, located at the South East corner of "Elder and I_i chigan Streets for the Central :'lest Oil Company.', This approval was granted on an appeal to the Board from the Building Commissioner �ecause of a variance between the local code and the State Eire I;�arshallt s requirements.
