A number of people in the Sunnymede area were present at the meeting to protest against taking this extra bus off, protesting that the figures the bus company submitted were incorrect. This approval was granted on an appeal to the Board from the Building Commissioner because of a variance between the local code and the State Eire I;arshallts requirements. This company, in accordance with the provisions of the building, code, appealed to the Board of Public ":forks and Safety, for permission to install under- ground storage tanks, having a capacity greater than that allowed by the code, but in accordance with the regulations of the State ;Fire "arshallts Office. The under -ground storage tanks under consideration, are to be located at the southeast corner of Tichi�an and Elder Streets, and the plans, wherein they apply, have been approved by the Fire Iriarshallts Office. The Board of Public ':forks and Safety,, after due consideration of the appeal., hereby grants said appeal, and the Clerk is instructed to notify the building C ammissioner accordingly.
