All members tere present. T:Minutes. of the last meeting were an- O proved and ordered paid. Salary claims in the amount of :�8,211.50 were approved, and ordered paid. There were no claims of suppliers to be approved. j; TRAFFIC DEPARTTIEAIT: T;Ir. Ernest Hiller:, Traffic Engineer, was present and matters pertaining to His epartment were discussed. 1; ENOINEE'RING DEPARTMENT: All bids for the Fellows Street sewer and pavement under lzmprovement resolution No. 2536 were rejected and the bidderts bonds and certified jchecks which accompanied the bids were ordered returned to the bidders. Excavation bonds were approved for Hawblitzel & Son, Joseph Hiznay and C. S. iii Randolph. These were ordered filed. STREET DEPM U1ENT: Ir. Casimer Balka, Street Commissioner, was present and matters pertaining to his department were discussed. CE1FIETERY DEPARTMENT: 'Mr. Stanley Leszczynski , Sexton, was present and matters per- aining to His apartment were discussed. There being no further business Mourned at 11:10 A.11. Kaley to Iirleade, Arnold Street between Donald and Ewing, Donald Street from Donald to Oliver, Douglas Street between Donald and Ewing and Donald Street from Kemble to Douglas, Oliver Street from Donald to' Ewing' and Donald Street ,;from Oliver to Douglas.under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 2540., 2541, 2542, and 12543, and the money for the above improvements not having been paid into the Con- :troller's office within the said 60 days, the bid of the Niles Excavating Com- i pacpy is now rejected.
