Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Salary claims in the amount of $10,866.65 were approved and ordered paid. ENGINEERIND DEPARTI,[EXT : VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2537 RESOLVED BY TIE BOARD OF PUBLIC--4ORHS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BAND, INDIANAI: That it jis desirable to vacate the following: The alley South of Pleasant Street from 25th Street to the East line of the alley 'lest of 25th Street. The following property ::lay be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: Lots numbered 9-10-11-12-13 and 14 in Kerslake. Subdivision. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 3rd day of August and on the 10tI day of August, 1945 in the South Bend .Daily Tribune and the iIirror. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of August, 1945 at 11:00 A.1,1. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by th€ proceedings.
