The Clerk of the -Board having shown sufficient proof of publication and no remonstrators having appeared, and no written remonstrances Navin been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said street be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll, covering the assessments of benefits and awards of damages to .the surrounding properties. Excavation bonds in the amount of �1000.00 were filed for Rocco Simer . and Edo L, Zimmerman, and were approved. CEMETERY DEPA U� IEVT: Tflr. CARD OF WORKS The Clerk of the Board was authorized to obtain estimates on a hand rail for the outside stairs 7of the City Hall. The Clerk of the Board was directed to advertise for bids on commercial calcium chloride and also for bids on redecorating the interior of the City Hall.
