A letter from the Parent Teachers Associaton of James Lionroe School asking that
a sidewalk be installed around.the school and down the street was referred to the
Engineering Department for investigation and report.

Board of Accounts had approved the Ester o_ funds necessary to install the traffic
signal system in down to�.rn South Bend, and that the Clerk of the Board had advertised
in two papers for bids to be received for part of the installation on Xovember 20th.
Flans and specifications for the installation are on file in the office of the Board
