East of High Street from Broadway to the alley North, and the grade for the alley north
of Broad,rtlay fro-:1 sigh Street to the second alley East.

-VAC 4TIOIv RESOLUTION NO. 2529
This being the date set hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by
the Board of Public "'';orks f:,r the vacation of that portion of Donald Street from the
::rest line of High Street to the Studebaker L'arl Golf Lin''s, under vacation resolution
no. 2529. The Clerk of the Board having shovan sufficient proof of publication and no
remonstrators having appeared and no vrritte.n remonstrances having been filed, it was
moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and
the said alley be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessm
roll covering the assessments of benefits and the awards of damages to the surrounding
properties.

A letter from the Parent Teachers Associaton of James I'+Tonroe School asking that
a sidewalk be installed around. the school and down the street was referred to the
Engineering Department for investigation and report.
CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Mr. Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertaining
to his department were discussed.
There being no further bus-iness to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned
at 11:15.
